My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The entire experience was incredibly well-organized, and every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. I want to give a special thanks to Valeria, the wonderful Italian receptionist, whose warm welcome and helpfulness made me feel right at home. During my stay, I accidentally left one of my earphones in the room. When I called the reception to check if it was found, Amy answered and was exceptionally efficient in assisting with the retrieval and arranging its delivery back to me. Her attentiveness and care were so reassuring. I’d also like to thank Matt and the rest of the team for their outstanding service and dedication. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making this a truly memorable stay. 5 stars, highly deserved – I can’t wait to return

The lounge/common room was super cosy yet fancy. Spacious and luxurious! There were towels and other necessities available to rent/buy which was amazing. The room itself was cosy with tiny little lights and curtains in each individual bunk bed. You had a sense of privacy even though there are several people in the room. The breakfast was a lovely surprise. There were lots of different types of cereal, bread, scones and fruit. The apples weren’t great as they were a little mushy but the scones were hot, the coffee was decent and there was plenty of yogurt and spreads available. The location is the real prize. 🏆 - Just a heads up: they are not dorm rooms they are private rooms with several beds. You don’t pay per person you pay per room - there is also a €30 deposit per person upon arrival.

Location is perfect- super close to the train/bus station if you’re coming in from Dublin. It’s also close to the square and the Latin quarter where you’ll most likely spend most of your time. Location is also perfect to access tours as a Galway experiences tour including the cliffs has an office on the ground floor of this hostel. It’s super easy to book an excursion directly at the hostel front desk. These are easily the comfiest beds I’ve ever stayed at in a hostel. I don’t know why because it’s still a metal bunk but the bed and pillow and sheets had me sleeping good! Continental breakfast being included is great. Kitchen and common areas were very clean and easy to organize. all the staff working here are lovely!

Spotlessly clean rooms and bedding. Beds were very comfy and great to have the privacy curtain, individual electric outlets etc. at the bed. Room was warm and cosy - especially with such awful stormy and rainy weather outside. A great idea to have the sink outside the bathroom, so people in our room could brush their teeth / put on make up etc while another person was in the shower and not have to wait. A fabulous free breakfast with lots of choices, and lovely free tea, coffee, fruit always available throughout the day and evening. I requested a lower bunk, and they had a lovely sign left on my bed 'this bunk bed is reserved for Suzanne'

Everything was great, especially the cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hostel. The location was unbeatable—just a 1-minute walk from the centre (Eyre Square). The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and the free luggage storage after check-out was a nice bonus. The included breakfast was very good, the shared toilets were very neat, the beds were comfortable, and the sitting room was cozy and inviting. That said, I believe the prices should be lower given that it’s a hostel where toilets and bedrooms are shared with multiple people. A more affordable rate could attract even more guests and boost their business.
